In Arona, in a residential area, we offer for sale a particular period-style villa. The large entrance takes us into the living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a French window that overlooks the enclosed veranda with glass windows. The garden with its peculiarities is very welcoming. The first floor offers us a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a study; the balcony is spacious and connects both bedrooms. A wooden staircase takes us to the second floor attic where we find two bedrooms with balcony, bathroom with shower and a comfortable hallway. The basement has a tavern with exposed stone, technical rooms and garage.

The city of Arona is located on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore and is crossed by the Vevera stream, which flows into the lake here. All around extend the hilly bas-reliefs of moraine origin (called "mottos"), incorporated in the Natural Park of the Lagoni di Mercurago where, in 1860, the first settlement of pile dwellings found in Italy was identified. Even most of the municipal area is hilly, with altitudes that gradually decrease from north to south (and from west to east in the town) from 513 m at Motto Mirabello (near the Dagnente hamlet) up to 195 m on the shore at the lake.

The hilly reliefs are generally covered by woods that occupy over half of the Arone area, urbanized areas extend over 33% of the surface and meadows or pastures over 9%; smaller percentages are intended for parks, gardens and green sports areas (2.3%), vegetable gardens, orchards, nurseries and vineyards (1.7%), uncultivated herbaceous fields (1%) and arable land (0.4%). Located in the southernmost part of the lake, Arona is about 37 km from the provincial capital Novara, but only about thirty from the Milan-Malpensa airport.
